"The newborn cocoon is basically useless. It sags down excessively and my baby is able to kick her feet up on top of it. I did reach out to customer service and all they said was that my baby isn’t harnessed in the pictures and stopped replying to me. I set my newborn in it so I could take the picture, it sags regardless if she is buckled in or not. It’s a fine stroller otherwise but disappointing because the newborn cocoon was the biggest reason I purchased this specific stroller."

"Overall, we really like the stroller. There's only really two things that bother me. One being when you flip the peek-a-boo flap up, there's no magnets to hold it open. "Love the folding of it, easy peasy! Love the extra low visors. But HATE the clips/buckle. It’s supposed to be easy but they are awkward and don’t stay latched and the crotch cover always gets in the way of latching the clips and it is a struggle. So aggravating. "We'ves used our bombi for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it! It handles well and provides a smooth ride for the kiddos- not to mention we love the look of it! We have a toddler and a newborn, and being able to use the same stroller for both of them without any additional attachments has made getting out of the house significantly easier (a huge plus with an active toddler who wants to be outside!).
