Bombi is proud to offer a 2 year warranty on our strollers and all accessories

  • What’s Covered:
  • Bombi proudly makes high quality, amazing strollers and accessories.  Your Bombi stroller is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years under normal use while complying with assembly and operation instructions.  This warranty does not cover any stroller that is used in a manner that is inconsistent with its intended usage and design. This warranty is not transferable and extends to the original purchaser or gift recipient.

  • Who’s Covered:
  • This warranty extends to the purchaser or “gift recipient” with valid proof of purchase or product registration. A COPY OF THE PURCHASE RECEIPT OR PRODUCT REGISTRATION WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE WARRANTY OR APPLICABILITY 

  • Warranty Coverage:
  • Your awesome stroller is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. 

    Bombi will provide replacement parts or return for repair at the discretion of the company.  Bombi reserves the right to “repair” or “replace” parts or the entire stroller upon receipt and report of claim.

    Warranty does not cover:

    •       Normal wear and tear
    •       Improper assembly
    •       Improper follow-up maintenance
    •       Damages caused by ignoring weight requirements
    •       Damages caused by installation of non-Bombi components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Bombi strollers
    •       Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect – including but not limited to airlines, elevators, escalators
    •       Damage to moving components due to extreme environmental conditions, including sand, gravel, snow or mud
    •       Corrosion or rust on the wheels and chassis due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow
    •       Damage or degradation caused by the sun, sweat, detergents, damp storage conditions or frequent washings
    •       Modification or alteration of product in any way
    •       Repairs carried out by an unauthorized third party
    •       Second owners other than original registered purchaser or “gift recipient”


  • Returns….
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased on the bombigear.com website within 30 days of purchase.  Bombi will only accept returns from the original owner (purchaser) or original “gift recipient” with valid proof of purchase . To obtain further return information or to arrange to return your stroller, please contact Customer Service by emailing info@bombigear.com                  By purchasing a stroller on bombigear.com and registering your product, you are accepting this return policy.
