The Role:

We’re looking for an Influencer & Brand Partnerships Manager who lives and breathes social media, knows how to build authentic relationships, and can spot the perfect influencer match from a mile away. You’ll help Bombi shine online by creating partnerships, managing campaigns, and reporting on all the magic that happens behind the scenes.


What You’ll Do:

  • Scout, pitch, and onboard influencers who vibe with the Bombi brand.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee influencer campaigns from concept to launch
  • Be the main point of contact for influencers—managing contracts, campaigns, and creative approvals.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on creative direction, messaging, and campaign strategy
  • Track results, report monthly KPIs, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Build relationships that go beyond one-off campaigns—you’re helping us create a Bombi family of influencers.
  • Stay on top of trends, social media shifts, platform updates and industry best practices

What Success Looks Like (Your KPIs):

  • Number of influencer partnerships launched per month/quarter.
  • Engagement and reach generated through influencer campaigns (likes, shares, comments).
  • Conversions and sales influenced by influencer content.
  • Timely and actionable monthly reporting.
  • Content generated per month

Who You Are:

  • Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships preferred but not required
  • Proven track record managing influencer or affiliate campaigns
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • A creative, proactive mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling
  • Passion for parenting brands, lifestyle products, or e-commerce
