What are the age/weight recommendations?
6 months up to 50lbs
If you'd like to extend the use of your Bēbee, you can purchase the car seat adapter straps to turn your lightweight stroller into an ultra convenient travel system that can be used from Birth to 50lbs!

How do I clean my stroller?
Our SoftTouch fabric is made from recycled plastic bottles & can be easily spot cleaned using mild soap and warm water. For larger messes, we recommend taking it outside, hosing it off & letting it air dry!

We ship to the US and Canada!
How long will my order take?
Once you place your order, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your product ships, it will take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your location in the US. Our warehouse is located in RI, so shipping times vary based on your proximity to RI. If you have further questions, contact our BēKeeper Team HERE
How do I get free shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on every order, no ifs, ands or baby butts!
test stroll policy and returns
What is covered under your test stroll policy?
All of our strollers are covered under our 30 day test stroll policy! That means if you aren't head over heels in love with your stroller, we will send you a full refund for your purchase once you send your stroller back to us. Refunds valid only on orders placed on www.bombigear.com. Just send a message to info@bombigear.com for instructions and your free shipping label!
How do I ship my order back to you?
If you are unhappy with any of your Bombi items send 'em back! We offer free 30 day returns, contact us HERE & we will get the process started.
Does it have to be unopened & unused to return?
Heck no! We want you to take if for a test stroll and see if it fits into your everyday life. (spoiler: We know you're going to love it once you use it)
When will I receive my refund?
Usually within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Canadian orders are subject to a $25 restocking fee
There's something wrong with my stroller, what do I do?

What is your product warranty?
We proudly offer a 2 year warranty on our strollers and all accessories. For more information check out our warranty information
What is covered under the warranty?
Your stroller is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years under normal use while complying with assembly and operation instructions. This warranty does not cover any stroller that is used in a manner that is inconsistent with its intended usage and design. This warranty is not transferable and extends to the original purchaser or gift recipient. For more information, visit our warranty page
