Bombi Return Policy

We offer a 30-day trial period so you can test Bombi products in the convenience of your own home. Please be mindful of keeping items in new condition and avoid using strollers outdoors to ensure a full refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What can I return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The 30 day return period is only valid for products purchased directly from bombigear.com. All Bombi products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase for a full refund or credit of the purchase price so long as they are returned in the condition in which they were received.
To start a return, click here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@bombigear.com. If you return any product for any reason, you must ensure that it is adequately packaged. We will not accept any responsibility for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the product is damaged or lost while being returned to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through our returns portal if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, items not purchased on bombigear.com are not eligible for our 30 day return. Items with excessive damage are not eligible for return.
What will be refunded, and when will I get my refund?
Any returns that arrive in as-new condition, can qualify for a full refund.
For items returned in less than new condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied.
Examples of restocking fees include:
- $25 for used wheels
- $10 if not returned with all original packaging
- $25 if the item shows signs of use, etc.
If your item cannot be accepted for a refund under the terms of our return policy even with a restocking fee, a member of our Customer Experience team will reach out to see if you would like the item shipped back to you, or if you would like to receive a partial credit.
Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment, or issued as store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 business days after approval. You will receive an email notification of the refund when processed.
Start your return:
- Start your return by using our Returns Portal.
- If your return is accepted, we will email you a return label and further instructions
- Pack your item(s) in their original packaging
- Take the package(s) to the nearest FedEx drop off location
Please note: If you ship a stroller back to us as a return, you assume the risk of shipping the stroller. If it is lost or damaged in transit, we’re not responsible for replacing the stroller, and will only award refunds based on the condition of the stroller that we receive.
